About Us
ABOUT THE SOCIETY
EDUCARE Society is the academic and co-curricular body of the Department of Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP) at
Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology (NIT) Jalandhar.
The Society was established with the vision of creating a dynamic platform for student-teachers to grow academically, professionally, and ethically.
The Society:
- Encourages academic discussions and collaborative learning
- Promotes critical thinking, creativity, and innovation
- Organizes workshops, seminars, cultural events, and outreach activities
- Supports holistic development of student-teachers
Core Leadership
The Core Leadership team of EDUCARE Society is responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of academic and co-curricular activities. Under the leadership of the President, the executive team ensures smooth functioning of all society initiatives.
Leads the society, overseeing planning and execution of academic and co-curricular activities in alignment with EDUCARE Society’s objectives.
Anshuman Choubey
Vice President
Acts on behalf of the President when required and supports in managing society affairs, helping maintain continuity, discipline, and effective implementation of initiatives.
Durga Shakti
Finance Secretary
Responsible for managing society finances, collecting annual fees, maintaining records, and ensuring proper utilization of funds for the welfare and development of the Society.
Aakanksha Pandit
General Secretary
Coordinates meetings, maintains official records and documentation, and ensures effective communication between the Executive Committee, faculty, and members of the Society.
