EDUCARE Society is the official academic and co-curricular body of the ITEP Department.
It provides a structured platform for students to develop leadership skills, academic excellence, creativity, and professional growth through various departmental clubs and activities.
All students enrolled in the ITEP Department are eligible to participate in the society and its clubs. Membership encourages active involvement in academic, literary, cultural, environmental, and skill-based initiatives.
The society includes six official clubs:
- Literary Club
- Cultural Club
- Ed-Tech Club
- Green Club
- Sports Club
- Pedagogy & Skill Learning Club.
Each club focuses on a specific area of holistic development within the department.
The primary objective is to enhance academic engagement, promote collaborative learning, and build leadership qualities among students while maintaining alignment with educational values and institutional guidelines.
The society is led by the President, Vice President, and Executive Members, working under the guidance of Faculty Coordinators. Together, they ensure smooth functioning and transparent management of all activities.
Faculty Coordinators provide academic guidance, supervision, and mentorship to ensure all club activities align with institutional values and educational standards.
Student Coordinators manage the planning, execution, and communication of events, acting as a bridge between students and faculty to ensure smooth functioning of the society.
EDUCARE Society organizes seminars, workshops, debates, literary events, tech sessions, sports competitions, environmental initiatives, and academic discussions throughout the year.
Students can actively participate in one or more clubs based on their interests and stay updated through official departmental announcements or by contacting the respective club coordinators or executive members.
